Enhancing Bill Management Experience For Telco App 🧾📈
A case study with 63 Respondents surveyed, 3 interviews conducted revealed an average satisfaction score of 5.35 out of 10 for the Bill Management experience on the Telco app, reflecting certain dissatisfaction and opportunities for workflow improvements.
