👋🏻 Hello, I'm Natalie!

Multidisciplinary Designer with 7+ years of experience with knowledge and expertise in user experience, interface design, product design strategy, and service design for solutions across Design Studios, Startups, and Healthcare Tech. I’ve led end-to-end projects from concept to execution, facilitation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered solutions that align with business objectives and operations. I graduated from Singapore Polytechnic, in Experience and Product Design, which has given me a multi-disciplinary skillset.  

My UXUI Journey 🌟
It began in 2017 during my internship at a design studio, where I strengthened my Design Thinking knowledge, technical skills, and the significance of designing with empathy. This led me to my first job at a Healthcare Startup, where I learned to adapt to fast-paced environments and fostered an entrepreneurial mindset. Since then, I’ve delivered scalable healthcare tech solutions and innovations to support businesses from sole proprietors to chain clinics with my domain UXUI skillsets and continuous learning. 

Public Sector Initiatives 🏎️
Alongside, I've also contributed to public sector initiatives to improve healthcare professionals' experience while meeting regulatory standards and technical feasibilities through Lean UX and Agile Methodologies.
 

Beyond work, I will go for Hackathons and collaborative projects that support community inclusiveness, well-being and functional! 🔨 I believe life is a continuous learning journey, with a blend of theory and hands-on practice and unwinding from readings, or getting my hands on DIY through music or crafts 🌱 🧵.
